A launch is an option — not the answer.
Plenty of families are pushed straight into a showflat. I would rather work out first whether the numbers support a launch at all, and only then show you the projects that fit.
- How new-launch commission works. On a new launch the developer pays the agent commission — that is true of every launch, whoever you buy through.
- Balance units and floor plans pulled on request, including the stacks that are not advertised.
- Checked against your numbers first. We work out whether a launch is even the right answer before you view one.
